You set the rules. Ace keeps the table up to date.
- 01Once your account is active, your club gets its own LeagueBot dashboard, where you can add your players, create a league and set it up the way your club plays: box size, round length, scoring. You also get a dedicated phone number for Ace, ready to share with your players on WhatsApp.
- 02Your players log their results by sending Ace a WhatsApp message in plain English, like “I beat Sam 6-3, 7-6”. Ace records the result, and if anything is unclear, it simply asks.
- 03Your club gets a public standings page, which is always kept up to date and where players can check the table and their stats any time.
More than a chatbot.
Behind Ace sits a full league management platform: competitions, an admin dashboard and public standings.

The questions we hear most.
Does LeagueBot work with my sport?
LeagueBot works with any head-to-head sport or activity with a clear winner. It's designed for racquet sports (tennis, squash, badminton, padel, pickleball, table tennis) but could also work for darts, snooker, pool, and similar 1v1 or 2v2 formats.
Does it support singles and doubles?
Yes. LeagueBot handles both formats. You can run separate leagues for singles and doubles, or mix formats within the same club. Doubles pairs are treated as a team and either player can report the result.
Do players need to download anything?
No. Players only need WhatsApp, which they probably already have. There are no app installs, no accounts to create, and no logins to manage. Admins get a web dashboard; players get everything through WhatsApp and the online standings page.
What happens if two players report different results?
Ace flags the conflict and routes it to the admin for review. Nothing gets recorded automatically when there's a disagreement. The admin makes the final call from the dashboard.
What if Ace can't understand a message?
Ace asks the player to confirm before recording anything it isn't certain about. If it still can't parse the intent, it tells the player to contact their admin directly and flags the conversation in the dashboard. A result is only ever written when Ace is confident; nothing is recorded on a best-guess basis.
Is my data safe? What does LeagueBot do with my phone number?
Ace only receives messages sent directly to your league's WhatsApp number. It has no access to players' contacts, call history, or any other messages on their phones. Phone numbers are never stored in readable form: each one is converted to a pseudonymous identifier on arrival, used only to recognise the player, and never shared, sold, or used for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What can Ace actually do, and what can't it do?
Ace's capabilities are deliberately narrow: it records results, answers questions about standings and league rules, flags disputes to admins. It cannot initiate unprompted messages, make payments, modify player data or take any action outside its configured scope. Think of it as a focused league secretary, not a general-purpose AI assistant.
Can I run a tournament as well as a league?
Yes. LeagueBot supports both ongoing leagues and one-off tournaments. Supported tournament formats are round robin, knockout and Swiss/Monrad. Each tournament format comes with its automatic draw generation, qualifying round if needed and bespoke draw visualisation.
How does the pricing work?
We charge a flat monthly fee based on the number of competitions you wish to run and the number of sports you need. Visit our pricing page for details.
Is there a free trial?
Get in touch via the contact form and we can set you up with a trial. We'd rather show you how it's working for your own club than ask you to take our word for it.
